Shipping Policy

At FluffyPlanet, we do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. Below you will find all information about our shipping options, delivery times, and costs.

1. Delivery Time

1.1. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

1.2. We ship orders directly from our international warehouse. This allows us to offer a wide and unique product range that may not otherwise be easily available. By shipping directly, we reduce unnecessary logistical steps, helping to lower transport costs and CO₂ emissions.

1.3. Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or sales events.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1. We offer free shipping on all orders within the UK.

3. Track & Trace

3.1. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Track & Trace code, allowing you to follow your shipment.

3.2. Please allow several hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.

4. Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries

4.1. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a notification and deliver your parcel to a local pickup point.

4.2. Please ensure that you collect your parcel within the timeframe indicated by the courier to avoid it being returned.

4.3. If delivery is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier or postal service to arrange redelivery or collection.

5. Damaged or Lost Orders

5.1. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours at

5.2. If your order has not arrived, please first check the Track & Trace information. If the parcel has not been delivered after the estimated delivery time, contact us so we can assist you.

6. International Shipping

6.1. We also ship internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

6.2. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Order Cancellation or Changes

7.1. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, as they are processed immediately through our international warehouse.

You do, however, have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with our Return Policy.
If your order contains multiple items shipped separately, the 14-day return period starts on the day the last item is received.
