Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are processed through our international warehouse, which means return shipping costs may vary and are always at the customer’s expense.

Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health, or safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Hygiene and grooming products that are no longer suitable for resale after opening or use, such as hair removers, brushes, combs, beauty products, or any items that come into direct contact with the body or pets.

  • Perishable goods, including food, flowers, or plants.

  • Personalised or custom-made items, including orders with specific customisations.

  • Hazardous materials, such as flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards and sale items.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, we recommend contacting us before making a purchase or submitting a return request, so we can assist you.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

30 -Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Customers)

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, items must be returned in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
